A letter · A feeling · A forever

Welcome to Dearly Post

Dearly is a digital writing desk for things worth saying.

A little less hurry.

A little more
meaning.

Dearly is built around that pause.

Messages arrive instantly. Emails keep us moving. Social platforms make sharing effortless. Yet the faster we communicate, the easier our words can become to forget.

A meaningful letter invites a pause: time to think, choose your words with care, and address someone personally. It holds something of you on the page.

Dearly makes meaningful correspondence easier to create while preserving the care that makes it special.

Made to be kept, revisited, and treasured.

Two ways to write with care

Correspondence with a sense of occasion.

Dearly Post brings the familiar rituals of paper correspondence to a private digital writing desk. Choose the form that suits what you want to say, then make it unmistakably yours.

01

Letters

Give longer thoughts room to breathe across one or more pages. Choose paper, ink, handwriting style, envelope, stamp and wax seal before sending.

02

Postcards

Send something brief and warm on a card that behaves like the real thing—artwork on the front, with your message and delivery details on the reverse.

03

Post Box

Return to received, sent, saved and unfinished correspondence. Keep contacts close, manage your stationery and revisit words worth keeping.

Privacy, access and care

Protected while it travels. Yours when it arrives.

Letter content is encrypted when stored and released through protected recipient access. Draft revisions are preserved safely, and delivery links use guarded access rather than exposing the letter itself.

Encrypted storage
Your saved correspondence is stored as encrypted content, not readable plain text.
Intentional sharing
A private letter enters Public Letters only when its writer submits it, chooses attribution and it passes review.
Safety review
If a recipient reports a letter, authorised reviewers may inspect it solely to handle that report and protect the community.
Respectful analytics
Anonymous product analytics do not collect letter text, addresses or private delivery links.

Before you send

Write freely. Send thoughtfully.

A letter can stay with someone for a long time. Let that permanence bring care to what you put on the page.

Do

  • Write honestly, kindly and in your own voice.
  • Check the recipient and reread sensitive words before sending.
  • Save unfinished thoughts until you are ready.
  • Respect consent, privacy and personal boundaries.
  • Report correspondence that threatens your safety.

Don’t

  • Use Dearly Post for threats, harassment, hate or intimidation.
  • Impersonate another person or send repetitive unwanted messages.
  • Publish someone else’s private information or private words.
  • Share passwords, verification codes or sensitive payment details.
  • Assume “public” can be undone everywhere once others have seen it.

Take your time. The page will wait.
